When you use the platform, you may post and/or we may collect information from you, as further described below:
Prime Trust and its affiliated companies, as well as service providers, partners, admin’s, regulators, accountants, auditors, technology partners, and affiliates ("Related Companies") may also use your information, as well as other personally non-identifiable data collected, for anti-fraud purposes, as well as to help us improve the features and functionality of the platform. Prime Trust and its Related Companies may use this information to communicate with you regarding the Service or to tell you about things we believe may be of interest to you.
If your information changes, or if you no longer desire to use our service, you may correct, update, amend, suspend, or delete the information by logging onto your account and editing or deleting whatever Content you want, and even deleting your account.
No password is perfect, so we suggest you change yours frequently and store it in a secure place. Simply log onto your account and change your password.
If you lose your password we will send you a password-reset link to the email address you have in your profile. It is important that you maintain the security and control of that email account, which is your absolute and sole responsibility.

In the event of payment failures or disputes we may, at our option, suspend your account and selectively or completely deny access to your data until payments are collected.

Some pages, such as those where we ask for bank ACH or credit card information, are encrypted, as is certain information we store in our database, however the vast majority of web pages on the platform are not encrypted nor copy protected. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We appreciate the feedback and raves we get from our users! In many cases, we may display comments and testimonials we receive from users, in addition to other endorsements. If you write a comment, send us an email, or other communication, you hereby consent we may edit it in our discretion and use it, with or without your name, anywhere we desire, including, but not limited to, our website(s), press releases, newsletters and marketing material, with or without a link to your profile. We retain the right, at our discretion, to decide which testimonials to use, where to use them, in what form, in whole or in part, and for how long.
Prime Trust uses commercially reasonable technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to, or publish on the Service and you agree that you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your Content, we makes commercially reasonable efforts to secure our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. If we learn of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. Prime Trust may, but is not obligated to, post a notice on our website if a security breach occurs. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing. To receive a free written notice of a security breach you should notify us by emailing our admin.
In the event that Prime Trust is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information we have collected from and about you as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. In the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, we may not be able to control how your personal information is treated, transferred, or used.
